Others says about me

Mr. Liu is a fast learner with increasingly improved communication skills. His most important daily work is potential artist hunting. This work involves both acumen for performing arts and strong communication skills. He is flexible in applying both online and offline resources to hunt for and select the performing talents our company needs. For example, he will follow influencers or ordinary people with artistic talents on online social platforms like Weibo, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu, go to music and performing academies for offline casting,.

Liu has a strong sense of responsibility. Apart from selecting and interviewing potential artists, he is also contributing his talents to the department's publicity work. He participates in the brainstorming meetings positively and often comes up with innovative ideas. In addition, he follows up on the on the artist management itinerary, which involves tedious issues like material shooting, vehicle coordination, catering coordination, inquiries and appointments, temporary procurement of items, and item arrangement. He manages to complete all these jobs with high quality.
